Our Children Deserve Better
Each year in the U.S. there are an estimated 15,780 children between the ages of birth and 19 years of age who are diagnosed with cancer.
Approximately 1 in 285 children in the U.S. will be diagnosed with cancer before their 20th birthday.
Over the past 40 years, the number of children diagnosed with leukemia has increased by about 35%.
Cancer remains the most common cause of death by disease for children in America.
The CCTLP Study
Data
We are collecting data from actual children who have been diagnosed with childhood cancer in the US.

Maps have been included detailing proximity of high voltage transmission lines to where our children are spending time.
High Voltage Transmission Lines
They are everywhere. They surround the homes our children live in, the schools they study in, the parks they play in.
What do we know about them? Are they safe? Could long term exposure over a span of several years be giving our children certain types of cancers?
Why It Matters
Children Are Getting Sick
Globally there are more than 300,000 children diagnosed with cancer each year.
Research Not Being Done
Only 4% of the National Cancer Institute budget is directed to pediatric cancer.
Parents Want Answers
We are told some of these cancers are not hereditary and there are no known environmental factors. We are left with ‘random chance’ and ‘bad luck’.
